1. Overview of Services

Atlanta Mobile FD-258 Fingerprinting is a dedicated mobile fingerprint card service operated by Bohemian Notary & Apostille Services LLC. We provide professional physical ink-rolled fingerprint impressions on standard FBI Form FD-258 fingerprint cards at requested mobile locations across Metro Atlanta.

Important Clarification: This service provides physical paper fingerprint cards. It is NOT electronic Live Scan or GAPS fingerprinting, and we do NOT electronically submit fingerprints or process background checks.

2. Pricing & Mobile Service Policy

Primary Package ($89): Includes one mobile fingerprinting appointment for one customer and two completed physical FD-258 fingerprint cards within our core Metro Atlanta service area.

Additional Cards ($10/each): Each additional FD-258 card for the same customer during the same appointment is $10.

Group Appointments: Appointments for multiple individuals require a customized quote, which will be confirmed prior to scheduling.

Extended Service & Expenses Disclosure: Mobile service is included within our core Metro Atlanta service area. Appointments involving extended travel outside our core radius, paid parking garages, toll roads, official holidays, after-hours requests, or special-access locations may require prior confirmation or an additional disclosed fee.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Government Photo ID: Every individual being fingerprinted must present current, unexpired government-issued photo identification at the appointment.
• Agency Acceptance: Customers are solely responsible for verifying with their requesting agency that physical ink-rolled FD-258 fingerprint cards are acceptable for their specific purpose.
• ORI & Code Information: Customers must obtain any required ORI codes, agency codes, or submission instructions from their requesting organization prior to the appointment.

4. Disclaimer of Government Affiliation & Guarantees

Atlanta Mobile FD-258 Fingerprinting is an independent private business operated by Bohemian Notary & Apostille Services LLC. We are NOT affiliated with, authorized by, or an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Justice (DOJ), Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI), Georgia Applicant Processing Service (GAPS), or any law enforcement agency.

While we maintain strict professional standards for legibility and completeness, agency acceptance and background-check approval depend on external factors beyond our control. We cannot guarantee background check outcomes or third-party agency processing times.

Submitting an appointment request on this website does not constitute a guaranteed or binding appointment. All requests must be confirmed directly by telephone, text, or email by our team.
