2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly for legitimate business operations:

• To schedule, confirm, and provide mobile FD-258 fingerprinting services at your requested Metro Atlanta location.
• To communicate appointment details, pricing, and timing via phone call, text message, or email.
• To verify advertising campaign performance (e.g., Google Search Ads conversion tracking).

We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or share customer contact lists or personal data with third-party marketers.

3. Fingerprint Data & Physical Cards

No Digital Fingerprint Collection: We do not capture, record, store, transmit, or process digital fingerprint images or biometric data on or through this website.

Physical Cards Returned to You: All physical ink-rolled FD-258 fingerprint cards created during your appointment are handed directly back to you upon completion. We do not retain physical or digital copies of your fingerprints.

No Background Checks Processed: We do not conduct, submit, or process background checks. You are responsible for mailing or delivering your physical cards to your requesting agency.

4. Data Retention & Deletion Requests

Appointment request details submitted through our website form are retained for administrative scheduling and recordkeeping purposes for up to 90 days, after which inactive contact records are purged.

You may request the immediate deletion of your contact details by calling or texting us at 404-594-2810 or emailing us at our designated service address.

5. Cookies & Web Analytics
